Stud Farming in the DC Comics Adventure World requires only an upgraded Vehicle with the "Character Studs Ability". The Batblaster (the first rebuild of the Batmobile) will work just fine. Make sure to purchase the Character Studs Ability upgrade.
Inside the DC Comics Adventure World, enter Arkham Asylum and find a goon in a corner that will sell you the Jukebox renovation. Once the jukebox is up and running, goons should start swarming. Hop into the vehicle and start blasting them. Each goon that's blasted will drop studs. The supply of goons never runs out, so there's no limit to how many studs can be picked up here.
To get studs even faster, use a vehicle with both the "Character Studs Ability" and the "Attract Studs Ability".
Wizard of Oz Stud Farming (Silver Destroyer Required)
Start the Wizard of Oz Level and go backwards through the metal gate. In the next area there are plenty of purple studs to boost your stud count!
The Phantom Zone
In the Phantom Zone, there's an area that completely reloads every time you enter it. This same area also has 6 easily accessible purple studs--which can be recovered multiple times just by exiting and entering that area again!
The area in question is aboard the Ghost Ship in this level. To get there, first you need a character with Spinjitzu to open up the dock area. Then you can use the characters in the starter pack to unlock the Ghost Ship from the dock area. While it may take longer to reach the first area than the Wizard of Oz level, it only takes two trips to make roughly as much as you'll make there. And it is far easier to make more subsequent trips. If you have a flying character/vehicle, you can bypass the lengthy puzzle normally required to remove the huge pileup of cars and save roughly 5 minutes off the time to get there.
The three areas in particular of interest aboard the Ghost Ship are the three breakable doors (the fourth requires that you do something special to unlock it). Behind each of these doors are 3 Blue Studs and 2 Purple Studs. You can break these without a vehicle, but you can also use K-9, who is small enough to fit through the doors and mobile enough to easily make his way around. This'll help you collect them even faster.
With moderate distraction and the use of Dwarf's Bounty and K-9, IGN User LordTeague has collected roughly 3.2 million in about 25 minutes. With minimal distraction, that amount has increased to roughly 5 million studs in 25 minutes. This means the maximum stud collection rate is somewhere around two-hundred-thousand studs per minute with Dwarf's Bounty, or one-hundred-thousand studs per minute without Dwarf's Bounty. (200,000 spm and 100,000 spm respectively.)
The times listed do not include the time spent unlocking the location, but it shouldn't take much longer than 10-15 minutes to get there. This also means the maximum rates listed are accurate for however long you spend collecting studs. The only limit to how many studs you can collect here is how many times you're willing to travel back and forth collecting them.
