    T-Mobile Home Internet is wireless home internet with no hidden monthly fees, no annual contracts, and no complicated installation. For in-home use at location provided at activation.

    It’s fast, affordable home broadband that runs on T-Mobile’s leading 5G network.

  • Home Internet Plus

    Home Internet Plus is a one-stop solution that gives you a comprehensive home Wi-Fi experience. For in-home use at location provided at activation.

    It comes with all the benefits of Home Internet, plus it has a Mesh Access Point included for expanded Wi-Fi coverage across the home, and access to 24/7 tech support for your connected devices in the home, like laptops, Smart TVs, video streaming services, and smart appliances.

  • Home Internet Lite

    For homes that aren't yet eligible for our unlimited T-Mobile 5G Home Internet service, we offer data bucketed plans starting at 100GB that can be used on the T-Mobile 4G LTE or 5G networks. For in-home use at location provided at activation.

    Once you use the monthly data allotment, you will experience reduced speeds.Unused monthly data cannot be carried forward.

    When you are eligible for an unlimited T-Mobile 5G Home Internet plan, you can change your plan. Check availability and sign up for the waitlistto be notified once your address is eligible.

  • Home Internet Backup

    This plan gives you a cost-effective internet backup that you can rely on during internet outages with your primary ISP. For in-home use at location provided at activation.

    The plan includes a gateway and 130 GB of data—enough for 7 days of typical use. After using the 130 GB , your speed is reduced to max 3G (600kbps). It’s perfect for those occasional outages, and helps customers stay connected when they need it most.

Check your data usage

If you have a Home Internet Lite or Home Internet Backup plan, your monthly data allotment does not rollover month to month. It replenishes on the bill cycle close date.

You will receive a notification to your gateway (and email, if an email address is on file) at 95%and100%of data usage.

To view your data usage...

  1. Log into your T-Mobile account. Don't have a T-Mobile account? Learn more and set up your T-Mobile ID.
  2. Selectview by line.
  3. Select your Home Internet line number.
    • T-Mobile Internet app: On theOverviewtab, view the line number underInternet line number.
    • T-Mobile app: SelectAccount. Your internet line will display an image of your gateway.
  4. SelectCheck Usage.

Home Internet Lite Plan

Change your Home Internet Lite plan data bucket at any time.

To view plan options and/or change your plan:

  1. Log in to theT-Mobile app using your T-Mobile ID.
  2. SelectAccounton the bottom navigation bar.
  3. SelectManage my plan.
  4. In the 'Manage my plan' screen, you can compare your current plan with other available plans. To change your plan, chooseSelectplanunder the desired plan to continue.
  5. Review the changes and new monthly total, then selectAgree and submit.
  6. If you upgrade your plan after using your previous data allotment, it may take between 10 minutes and 2 hours to access new data.

Add a Data Pass

If you have a Home Internet Lite 150 GB or 300 GB plan, you can purchase a 10 GB Internet Data Pass ($10 per line) or 25 GB Internet Data Pass ($20 per line).

Home Internet Backup Plan

If you need more data you can upgrade to our Home Internet unlimited plan.
