The 2024 NFL Draft is in the books! Now it’s time for undrafted rookie free agency. All of the draft-eligible players who were not picked are now free to sign with any team.
All told, it feels like the Philadelphia Eagles did a nice job with their actual selections. Now we’ll see if Howie Roseman and his staff can add even more talent to the roster. This post will serve as an open thread for the next few hours as there will be some reports surfacing regarding the Eagles‘ 2024 undrafted free agent signings. We’ll track all of UDFA news and rumors here so check back often for updates.
Please note that not all of these reports are necessarily official. Decisions can quickly change and sometimes rookie minicamp tryouts get reported as UDFA signings. Still, this tracker should generally give us a good idea of which long-shot players the Eagles will end up adding to their roster prior to the news being eventually confirmed by the team.
We’ll have UDFA scouting reports posted here on Bleeding Green Nation in the near future.
Players who reportedly signed with the Eagles
Maryland OT Gottlieb Ayedze
Howard OT Anim Dankwah
Baylor DT Gabe Hall
Tennessee TE McCallan Castles
Marshall WR Talik Keaton
LSU S Andre Sam
Georgia RB Kendall Milton
Quick thoughts
- Speaking during his post-draft press conference, Howie Roseman indicated the Eagles are only signing seven UDFAs. That’s a smaller group than usual and it fits the theme of them not loving the talent available in this year’s class.
Howie Roseman indicates that the Eagles put more emphasis on their end of season futures signings (ex: Julian Okwara, Darian Kinnard) and less on UDFA this year due to the (lacking) quality of this year’s draft talent.

- Nice to see the Eagles add an offensive tackle prospect after not landing one in the draft. Dankwah is a big man at nearly 6’8”, 353 pounds. He also has long arms (82 percentile arm length, 94 percentile wingspan). Worth enrolling him at Jeff Stoutland University.
- NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein had Hall projected as a fourth- or fifth-round pick. Adding some more DT depth is nice.
- McCallan Castles is a great name.
- NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein had Keaton projected as a sixth-round pick.
- The Eagles didn’t draft a Georgia player this year ... but their first reported UDFA signing was from there, naturally. Milton only caught 12 passes but he had solid rushing production. NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein had him projected as a sixth-round pick.
