We ordered two packages shipped through @ups ... one has been lost for a week, the other one got delivered to SOMEONE ELSE 2 hours away from us. Smh... y’all take the cake for worst delivery service, and that’s coming from someone who uses USPS every week 👀

@UPS this is a regular ISSUE and now not only are THE SAME packages out for delivery MULTIPLE DAYS but packages are transferred to the post office with no notice!!!

Just a suggestion @ups - don’t send delivery window emails with “follow my delivery” maps if you are having serious service issues. Somehow @USPS and @FedEx don’t have a problem finding my house on a regular basis. 🤣😂 - you should see if they can help deliver your packages. 👍🏼

My heavens. As a barista at Starbucks if we treated customers like @ATTHelp and @UPS have treated me in the last 4 days, we’d be in big trouble. The worst service and no one will help.

@UPSHelp Thank you for your concern; it’s unfortunate the condition of the items were ruined due to packaging, however 24 hours delivery-48 hour delivery may have alleviated this.

@UPS the only emails I received were scheduled for delivery. At no time did the driver try to make contact with me. So stop asking. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any delivery service including DHL and that has to say something

Well @UPS had my delivery for 1430. Then 1900. Listed as "almost there" all day. Nope. No delivery. Now it gets delivered on an "as time allows" basis. I may get it next week based on passed missed deliveries. 🤬😡

@UPS Every time a package gets thrown over my fence, I try to convince the delivery service to make me a few signs that say "Please do not throw packages over the fence" but I haven't yet had any takers. @UPS come on, do it.

@ups I explained to them twice that they drove past the OPEN gate and drove down to the closed gate. I was assured they relayed the delivery directions. And they still went to the wrong gate.
