Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Kincaid Ruff and Nancy Robinson Ruff. She attended Converse College and the University of South Carolina. She formerly worked for The State newspaper as Bridal Editor and as Curator of Education for the Columbia Museum of Art. She retired as Membership Coordinator for the McKissick Museum at USC. She was a member of the D.A.R.

and Junior League of Columbia. She hosted a WIS Radio program "Lyrics by Judy" and taught voice and sang for many weddings and other events in the Columbia area. Mrs. Kennedy was a member of Sherwood Forest Presbyterian Church where she was a former president of The Women of the Church and a circle member. She was named Choir Director Emeritus after over thirty years of service.

Surviving are her husband, Guy F. Kennedy; son, Guy F. Kennedy, of Columbia; daughter, Marty K. Keels, and son-in-law, David L. Keels of Columbia; grandchildren, Andy, William and Thomas Keels; and sister, Nancy Boyle of Columbia.

Louise Kinsler COLUMBIA Funeral service for Mrs. Louise Harris Kinsler, 84, of Columbia, will be held 11 o'clock Wednesday morning, March 31, 2004, Lawn United Methodist Church, conducted by The Reverend Paul M. Born in the Fair Lawn Community of Richland County, she attended Blythewood School and graduated from Columbia Hospital School of Nursing. Most of her long career was as a private duty nurse in the Columbia area. She was a charter member of the Fair Lawn United Methodist Church and the Sunday School Class. Mr. Lee, originally of Columbia recently returned, after residing 40 years in Lake City, S.C. where he owned and operated Lee's Produce. He had a passion for rescuing and training wild horses. Elizabeth "Beth" Wilson McInnis, 78 of Lake Tree Drive, SW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, died Sunday, March 28, 2004 in the Hospice LifeCare Center, Wilmington, NC. Born November 29, 1925 in Camden, SC she was the daughter of the late William George and Ruby Davis Wilson. She was a retired educator and librarian, having been employed by the Marlboro and Kershaw County Boards of Education. She held a Master's Degree in Library Science, was a volunteer at the Ocean Isle Beach Museum of Coastal Carolinas, the Turtle Watch Society. She was an artist and ceramics designer as well as an avid golfer.

Surviving are two daughters Jean McCaskill, Columbia, SC and Honey Neill, Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Three sons Daniel Murdock McCaskill, Socastee, SC, Larry Allen McInnis, Columbia, SC and Daniel McInnis, III, Bristol, VA. Five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. McLinden died Saturday, March 27, 2004. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late Arthur Robert and Rita Marie McGrath McLinden. He was the founder and owner of McLinden Wall Covering Service. An avid Gameco*ck fan, he was also a scholarship donor.

Surviving are his wife, Betty J. A lifelong area resident, Mr. McQuatters was a US Army veteran of World War II. He was a survivor of the sinking of HMT Rohna in November 1943. He was a member of the Lower Richland Masonic Lodge and had retired from the US Postal Service. Mr. Redmond died at his home March 28, 2004 following a lengthy illness with Parkinson's Disease.

Born in Swansea, he was a son of the late Olin H. and Duckie M. Redmond. Mr. Redmond graduated from Swansea High School where he was a leader scholastically, and on the football and baseball teams.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1943-1946, including a year in the South Pacific Theater of War. Following his discharge, he furthered his formal education and retired in 1988 after 30 years with the U.S. Postal Service. Mr.

Redmond actively served in several capacities in the work of his church, and the Friendship Sunday School Class. Mr. Redmond is survived by his wife of 58 years, Nelljie R. Redmond; daughter, Suzanne R. Swaim, both of Cayce; son, Roddy H.

"Rusty" Remond, of West Columbia; grandchildren, Bryn and Tyler Swaim, McKenzie Redmond; and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Redmond was predeceased by a sister, Miriam Redmond Harley, brothers, Maxie Hildred Redmond and Clarey F. Redmond. Mrs. Wilson was a member of Kilbourne Park Baptist Church where she was a member of the Friendship Sunday School Class. She is survived by a sister, Willie Mae Dodgen of Newberry and a niece, Barbara D. Kelly of Columbia.

Mrs. Wilson was predeceased by a sister, Pauline McMeekin and a brother, J.D. McMeekin.
